Milton Gulf Pines is a typical Florida KOA with packed sand sites that are level and provide a reasonable amount of space between units. We have stayed at this park on numerous occasions as it is in the right location on I 10 for our travel needs. Its priced like most of the other KOA's, in the $40 plus dollar range. The park is well maintained and has a covered pool, making it usable all year. Except for the first couple of rows which are next to the highway, it is relatively quiet. There is plenty of room to maneuver any size rig and most of the sites are pull through. There are a few sites that might be problematic for satellite reception so you should check with the camp host.
It does get a little muddy when it rains so that can be a problem for keeping the inside of your home clean. Water stands for a time in certain locations making it nasty for a while. Overall however the water soaks in and a good day of sun brings everything back to normal. We have not used the bath facilities so I cannot comment on them. There are quite a few long term residents and some snow birds. The park seems to stay relatively full all the time.
It is popular with our dog and the hosts are certainly dog friendly. We will continue to use the park on a regular basis both because of its location and the facility itself. I would rate it a little above average overall.
Don't be discouraged by the pics. I just don't happen to have any during a sunny day.
