We visited Lake City on our first return trip from Illinois as it's location on the panhandle makes it a convenient stop. The park is close to I 10 and has easy access. The sites are in moderately good condition and and level. We had a pull through that was asphalt and adequate. There are quite a few long term residents and lots and lots and lots of rules. The host was friendly but made it clear that the rules were enforced and that an eviction with no refund was the punishment for non compliance. Examples of rules: Blocks must go under jacks, no attachments to water spigots including water regulator, no washing of rv's including windshields, not walking the dog near the pond to name a few. I think the attitude got us the most.
I would say the park is average to a notch below. We will only stay here again if it is an emergency. Actually we prefer to stay at a Cracker Barrel somewhere over this place. At least there we wouldn't have to cook dinner.
