This is a great park for the Naples area other than the sites are very close together which is typical of southern Florida Parks. I had a difficult time maneuvering my 27 foot travel trailer into it's assigned spot. The roads are narrow and there is barely enough room to swing the front end of the truck around. When we departed I had to ask the neighbor across the street to move their vehicle so I could pull out enough to swing the tail end of the trailer around so that it missed the RV next to us.
However, once parked the staff did everything to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The park is extremely well maintained and the pool and club house area is immaculate. There are a ton of snow birds there with some of the sites made into what appeared to me to be permanent installations. Steps and screened porches had been attached to the 5th wheels.
They claim to be dog friendly, but don't let your dog pee on the way to the dog park or someone might get irritated. It seems that they only want your animal to do his business in the dog park. We didn't have an issue but it created a little added tension walking the dog. The only other item to mention is that the park was full of French Canadians who weren't very friendly. They stuck to themselves and would only speak or say hi if they were forced into it. So I made sure if Montana had to pee, I was near a French Canadian. : - )
I would rate the park above average. The only reason that it doesn't get an excellent rating is that the sites are close and the streets are narrow. The daily rate in December was in the $40's which I thought was reasonable. We would stay here again, but now that we have the motor home, we would probably look elsewhere in the area first.
